and I am the founder and head of Tune Task.

My journey to founding Tune Task has been anything but traditional. I initially studied Physical Therapy, but soon realized that hospital work wasn't where I was meant to be. In 2007, as the BPO industry was just taking off in the Philippines, I joined one of the pioneering companies and received in-depth training from American clients on essential skills, including cultural nuances and communication styles. During this time, I also became certified as a dental insurance coordinator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California.

Long before remote work became the norm, I embraced it to spend more quality time with my daughter. I was fortunate to be hired by Prints Made Easy, a printing company based in Chatsworth, California. Within a year, I was promoted to Head of Operations. When the company gained national attention on the TV show Shark Tank and was eventually acquired by Shutterfly, I was sent to Manila to train operations managers for the transition.

My career continued to evolve as I joined WaNeLo, a San Francisco-based e-commerce startup, where I quickly rose to Head of Customer Relations. Under my leadership, the customer service department achieved record-breaking reviews on Google and TrustPilot. When WaNeLo decided to fully outsource its operations, I was appointed Country Manager, leading five departments and a team of 35.

After eight fulfilling years with WaNeLo, I took a leap of faith and founded my own outsourcing company, Cornerstone Task, which specializes in providing administrative and back-end support to small and medium-sized businesses on the West Coast of the United States. With years of experience under my belt, I expanded Cornerstone Task to serve clients across America and, in 2024, welcomed new clients from Australia, Canada, and the UK.

My latest venture, Tune Task, is particularly close to my heart. We provide operational support to musicians who have transitioned into entrepreneurship, helping them focus on their passion while we handle the rest. At Tune Task, my mission is to empower single mothers like myself, offering them opportunities to thrive and become self-sustaining women of faith.

I come from a city just south of Manila, where I live with my amazing daughter, Cassie, and our dog, Mojo. Our weekends are often spent escaping to our peaceful mountain cabin east of Manila, where we recharge and enjoy the beauty of nature.
